Restorative Bodywork

Intuitive therapeutic massage sessions tailored to you. We focus on resetting the nervous system and supporting the body to feel safe to release dysfunctional patterning and chronic tension. Excellent for restorative injury healing and pain relief. Includes full-body pain-relieving hemp or arnica massage oil and bespoke aromatherapy. Cupping and Gua Sha are available upon request.
